hp N1200 does not not detect windows host on fc port
hi all i have a windows server 2003 connected to a sun switch
- an NSR n1200 also connected to the same switch
-MSA connected to san switch
when i configure zoning i set the server with the NSR in the same zone but the NSR does not show any devices connected to the FC port
but when i put the MSA with the NSR in the same zone the NSR detect the MSA on the FC port.
why it is not detecting the windows host how can i solve this problem

Re: hp N1200 does not not detect windows host on fc port
Check the zoning, be sure the it is correct.
Reboot your windows server
log in the NSR, and issue a manual
discovery, it should detect the windows host wwn
Be sure to have the latest FW in the NSR, and eventually reset it to default value
