Hello,
We have the problem that data protector 5.0 desaster recovery does not work with all Win2K Server in our SAN. We have identified a missing driver for our sure store 2/20 library as teh reason for this. Unfortunately hp does not provide a suitable driver on it's support pages. Does anybody know how to get this driver.

Re: missing driver for Sure Store 2/20 robotic
Hi,
I an not sure I understand your problem. What kind of driver is missing ? Normally tape and robotic drivers should be unloaded when using a libbrary with DP (Windows).

Re: missing driver for Sure Store 2/20 robotic
Hello,
Of cause are the tape drives and the robotic disabled. Nevertheless Win2K wants a driver for drives and robotic. Otherwise you will get a new device found popup after every reboot. And the dp desaster recovery will not work, because the Win2K configuration is not complete.

Solution
Martin,
There is a SSP (site specific patch) for this problem. Open a call at HP and ask for SSPNT500_008.exe
Or you just can install any driver (eg the default Windows driver) for the robot arm and disable it afterwards in the device manager. The automatic DR collection will now work as well.
