msl 4048 FC linrary& EVA

Me using MSL 4048 + EVA in a SAN setup.
nodes using LUNS from eva , microsoft cluster is running here , while i take backup using data protector+MSL 4048 FC library , cluster got disturbed .. some luns got disturbed any suggestion on this setup .what is the recommended configuration here .
