msl500 issue
Hi all
I am getting this error while dumping the volumes to my msl5000 series tape library
-==-=-START=-=-=-
(scsi1:A:1:0): Unexpected busfree in Data-out phase
SEQADDR == 0x82
st0: Error 70000 (sugg. bt 0x0, driver bt 0x0, host bt 0x7).
st0: Error 10000 (sugg. bt 0x0, driver bt 0x0, host bt 0x1).
st0: Error on write filemark.
st0: Error 10000 (sugg. bt 0x0, driver bt 0x0, host bt 0x1).
-=-=-END=-=-=-
The Controller is
SCSI storage controller: Adaptec AHA-3960D / AIC-7899A U160/m (rev 01)
This was working fine and started giving error two days back , My guess is something wrong with the controller , any help is appreciated

Re: msl500 issue
This sounds like a low level connectivity issue. I would check to make sure the cables are properly/fully seated, not being pulled on, no bent pins, etc.
The journey IS the reward.
