Gustavo - the problem is, I don't think you can use more than one of the built-in NSRs per 5 unit library. There is a slot in the library available but they tell you not to use it (I don't have the reference handy).


In the advisory, they say to connect them to direct attach SCSI to get full performance. I think the statement in the advisory that "in practice this is not a problem" is bogus, I think the NSR is the bottleneck.

Does anybody have experience with the native fibre LTO4 drives on the x034 MSL series?
Can you imagine if we used PCs to manage our enterprise systems? ... oops.
