problemas con hp surestore

cambie la cinta de servidor y estuve haciendo respaldos por un mes sin problemas, ahora no lo he podido hacer y ya intente con varias cintas y me dice lo que anexo en el archivo. veo en el hw de la pc y no tiene conflictos.

Hi, this is an international forum, so everybody tries to write in english. From the message attached I suppose you're doing this from a Windows 2003 server. The message is an error during the creation of the shadow copy, not the copy of the data to the tape.
