We have three TL891 minilibraries and an expansion unit working under NT4 / Ontrack Rapid Recall. Everything is fine, but whenever I need to load/unload tapes via the front panel, there is a pretty high chance that after a while, when the library scans the tape labels again, I get the above error on the display and I have to reset the expansion unit. This only happens when operating the front panel, never when the tapes are loaded/unloaded via the software. Any ideas ?
