I wanted is by any way it is possible to connect a single tape library to different data protector cells ..

Solution
Yes, you can do that but you will need to partition the tape library so that each cell manager sees it's own library partition as to avoid conlficts in library commands, tape slots, media and such.
Library partitioning is not available on all tape library models though.

The quick specs mention if library partitioning is supported on a model or not.
