stuck cleaning tape in Ultrium 230e

stuck cleaning tape in Ultrium 230e

I have a external Ultrium 230e on an second Adaptec 29160 SCSI card on a CPQ Proliant ML350 server. I'm unable to eject cleaning tape. I have tried holding eject button for 10 sec and have tried reset button to no sucess.

Is there an alternative way of ejecting cleaning tape out?
