surestore 2/60 qualifier 106

Hi,
We have a surestore 2/60 that has failed to return after a power outage.
Hard failure code 76 (Inventory check) Qualifier 106 sequence 53,154,53,154,2,53

Library has been power cycled without success

Looking at the inventory checking, it appears that the bottom left drive , with a cartridge in it, may be the issue. We are trying to eliminate the drive and rerun startup .

Can anyone advise significance of qualifier 106 with this error code please ?????

Looks like some command like eject didn't succeed

this may be caused by a communication problem (try to reboot)
by a bad tape (wait until recovery occur and try force eject)
or a bad drive (try to put off-line switch off, reboot and eventualy replace)
