Hello,

I am facing the problem of DLT autoloader reboot automatically .By giving error in the Web console Log

18 04/11/05 09:18 Library Controller The SCSI bus was reset (21) N/A
19 04/11/05 09:18 Library Controller The SCSI bus was reset (21) N/A
20 04/11/05 09:16 Library Controller Library powered up (20) N/A


This DLT is connected to UPS,.Last time HP had replaced the SMPS also for this problem,but still this problem ocurring.

can Anybody tell me what could be the problem?

the message is indicating a reboot of the library, I had some cases like that and it was due to a missing grounding of the electrical power line, this caused strange reboot on the unit

I have exactly the same problem.
I think it's a card connection problem.

Hi Satish

1. Please ask UPS supplier to monitor output supply by power analyser. If OK, library hadware has problem, then log a call with local HP support provider.

I've changed the LVDS library controler but the problem still ocurring.
I don't know if i have to change the slave controlers (6/60) or anythings else (FC cards).
Anybody have a solution ?
