i'd like to know if there is a way
to connect the scsi bridge to another
fiber switch like pathlight, or is it intended
to work only with hp server or any other server.

I see no reason why you couldn't have a LOOP hub between your FC/SCSI Bridge (Multiplexer)and your Host system. In fact that is the prefered way to have peripherals shared between multiple Host systems. Remember that the FC/SCSI bridge only supports Loop topologies (not FABRIC).

You need an ancor or brocade switch to do this.
The mux does work on the brocade for sure.
