I don't remeber password on administration and service menus of my library.
Is there any possibility to reset it to default non password mode?

Andrey,
this is not good. You are, as a library administrator, should keep this password and thus secure library from the control panel access.
But, of course, sometimes it happens :o) To get library 'hacked' you need to call local HP support office +7-095-7973520 (Moscow) and ask for help. HP engineers have a tool to calculate a password.
Please make sure that you're trying to access 'administration' menu, not 'service'. Service menu is for HP CE usage and secured with special service password. But do not worry, almost everything from service menu is available in administration menu.
BTW, can you access library using remote management card (web-access)?

There is no remote management card in my libruary.
As far as i understand there are only two ways to solve this problem. One is to call to service. Another is to try to recall forgotten password.
