Hi there,
Can somemone tell me if it is possible to use a dds2 tape in a dds3 internal tape drive? If it is possible, how do you do do it?
This is for a ux 11.0 system - machine D390.

Hi Maria,
If you mean use a DDS2 tape (120M) in a DDS3 drive the answer is yes.
If you talking about writing the tape in DDS2 format on the DDS3 drive I am sure you can.
I'll look into some old notes for you.
