tl891dlx slot 0 empty and product documentation.

There a few week the slot 0 on my librairy show empty status but one tape is in. The operation are normal and the backup and restauration is woking. The soft used with the lib is arcserve version 11 on windows 2003

Another thing, i search the documentation for this unit maybe someone have this.
