unable to manage ULTRIUM 448 with HP L&TT

Server : HP Proliant ML 350 G5
OS : Windows 2003 R2 SP2
Latest Update
Interface : HP Smart Array P800 Controller
ROM Firmware Revision 5.20
Drivers : hpcisss2.sys (6.13.0.32 Build 2 (x86-W2K3)
Tape : ULTRIUM448 DRV
Revision : T61D

Windows server :
The tape is displayed in the windows device configuration
The tape can be managed in the “removable device tools"

With the HP software ( HP Data Protector Express) included with the tape bundle, no problem to backup and restore.
Problem with HP L&TT application
I can't see the controller, and of course the tape.
Then I download the HP L&TT software, to see if there is a problem, or a possible setting (Firmware update tools) but the L&TT software don't see any hardware.
