Ali: you need to download the Library and Tape Tools to install the bios:
Here is a link to download the L&TT for your O/S:

Once you have the L&TT installed, you can download (from the HP FTP Site) the bios for your version of the drive. Make your you check the personality and versions already installed on your drive vs. the ones posted on the FTP.

Oh Wow... I see what you mean; there are three versions of bios for these drives:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/information_storage/software/ltt/firmware/LTT_C1533A_A907.frm

I am not sure which of these will fit the personality of your drive.
