windows stop errors after HP StorageWorks 1/8 ultrium 460 autoloaders firmware upgrade

Hi,
We have several HP StorageWorks 1/8 ultrium 460 autoloaders connected to ML370 G4 servers.
Few days ago we did upgrade to HP LTT 4.1 (from HP LTT 4.0 sp1) and upgrade autoloader firmware to N14r (from N12r).
Since upgrade we discover sporadic STOP errors (with different STOP codes: 0x000000c2,0x00000024 and others) on servers DURING backup proccess.
servers software: windows 2003 with sp1; Symantec (Veritas) BackupExec 9.1; PSP 7.40;
exchange 2003 and some other software.
As I wrote before, only change we did last time is HP LTT 4.1 and autoloader firmware installation....

Any suggestions ?
Is any way to downgrade firmware to N12r?

Thanks

Downgrading firmware is not recommended. The only way to do that is to call tech support and get a password to override the security in LTT.

When you upgrade firmware it TECHNICALLY changes the identity of the device, if you ahve not addressed this 'new deivce' to Veritas since the upgrade you should:

1) reinstall veritas drivers (and reboot) Delete the old device in Veritas
3) Use the Device Configuration wizard to find the device
4) delete old back up jobs
5) recreate back up jobs from scratch
