HPE at Mobile World Congress 2019: Unleashing the power of 5G for Enterprises and CSPs
Every year, Mobile World Congress (MWC) showcases the latest innovations and leading-edge technology in the world of mobile. MWC19 will live up to that tradition by introducing more than 107,000 attendees to intelligent connectivityโthe new era of highly contextualized and personalized experiences. At the core of this idea is 5G, the pervasive hyper connectivity that will accelerate digital transformation across industries.
5G promises to remove technological barriers, accelerate other technology trends, and open the door to use cases that were seemingly only possible in the future. 5Gโs strongest and most appealing use cases come to life at the edge, and HPE is the lone player, having created the edge compute category.
Come visit us at Hall 3, booth 3E11 during MWC19 and discover how HPE is helping to build the 5G network for the world.
This is a post that I will be updating as new details of our demos come to light - bookmark this blog post or follow @HPE_Telco for updates!
Here is a quick view of what we did last year:
For 2019, here is a taste of what we will be showing:
5G and Edge Computing:
Introducing the โConnected Retail Store Experienceโ:
Learn how HPE Edgeline Converged Edge Systems enables the use of Artificial Intelligence and Video analytics to create a virtual dressing room that delivers a tailored consumer experience and store security. Stay tuned as we make a crucial announcement here!
Automate your Edge infrastructure Management
As the amount of "edges" multiply, especially with the advent of 5G, the ability to manage your infrastructure will become crucial. HPE will showcase a zero-touch edge infrastructure management system that automates the deployment and assurance of hardware and software at the edge - saving you headaches and resources.
Making business out of 5G: Data monetization
Decentralized Vehicle Data Marketplace
HPE will demo a platform for sharing and monetizing vehicle sensor data based on blockchain technology and an edge-to-cloud architecture. Stay tuned as we make a crucial announcement on this topic as well!
Software and services to help you manage your transition to 5G
Subscriber Data Management; One-click Intent-based Service Orchestration; machine learning-based intelligence to predict and proactively resolve problems in networks and services; Interactive TV analytical audience engagement - and more! Full description of demos coming up soon.
