HP Converged Systems Services: Simplified, personalized, proactive support

TS_Guest on ‎12-18-2013 02:28 PM

13181546_s.jpgFor already overburdened IT resources, finding the time to design, deploy, integrate, and support new business solutions is growing increasingly difficult. Today, you can free your IT resources—enabling them to move from infrastructure craftsmen to business service experts. It’s easy when you deploy workload-optimized solutions that arrive as complete integrated systems that are ready to run right out of the box.

It’s a simple and straightforward way to optimize your existing infrastructure and get up and running faster – so you can focus on your business – not technology.

Intrigued?  Watch this short video to find out more. I am seeing that there is a log writing in the IHS logs even after the BAC end user is stopped. Regarding the BPM transation. I tried out following steps to stop the log writing

1) BPM Transactions are stopped --> But still the transaction is happening

2) BPM Script was unchecked --> But still the transctions was happening

3) From the agent services was stopped --> But still the transactions was happening

4) Agent was removed then the transaction was stopped. Please let me know is this a known issue in BPM or is it a BUG? requesting for a solution.

BAC versio 8.07 and BPM version is also 8.07

Hello bluehawkorg,

Thank you for your message. Our HP Technology Services team is focused on Services for the Enterprise, rather than personal computers.

Nevertheless, we would like to help as much as we can - have you reviewed our HP consumer products online forums?

In there, you can post your questions and find answers.

We hope this helps.
