Jean-Paul Wagner leads HP Technology Services (TS), one of the largest global business segments of Hewlett Packard’s Enterprise Group (EG).  HP TS provides Support, Delivery and Consulting services for HP’s Converged Infrastructure products and solutions. 


Jean-Paul  is dedicated to creating industry-leading experiences that are Personal, Proactive, and Simplified, helping  customers  transform their IT and keeping their technology running.   He  works across HP and with our valued partners to ensure HP customers have access to the complete solutions and services they need. 


Prior to taking on this role, Jean-Paul  was responsible for the worldwide TS Global Support Delivery organization tasked with delivering  services ranging from basic product support and warranty services to high-value mission critical commitments to HP customers.    He also has extensive  international leadership experience in  sales, products and services, managing the growth of the business and bringing HP’s extensive TS portfolio to client enterprises.


Jean-Paul began his career at HP in1983 as a Systems Engineer in the Technical Division, working his way up over the span of an almost three-decade career with the company.  


Jean-Paul holds a Masters degree from ENSPS (École Nationale Supérieure de Physique) of Strasbourg France, an MBA from IFG (Institut Français de Gestion) of Paris, France and an MBA from Stanford University, USA.

I have a HP Photosmart C3180 All in one purhased in Australia in 2006.

It is now in Greece and have purchased to ink cartridges - colour 342 and black 338 which indicate that they are compatible with my printer but they do noy work. Any suggestions as to how to fix this problem?
