  • HP ConteXtream Presentation: Join Ariel Noy and Gal Mainzer, from HP ConteXtream, as they showcase the power of ODL and its unique carrier use cases such as: vEPC, vGi-LAN and more. The presentation will take place July 28th 2:30pm – 3:20pm.
  • Integrated OpenStack Neutron and OpenDaylight Controller Presentation: Join Kyle Mestery from HP for an overview of the controller configuration and packet walkthrough. The presentation will take place July 28th 2:30pm – 3:20pm.
  • Defining Policy Frameworks for Cloud Environments Panel: Join Mahesh Venkat from HP and other panelists as they explore emerging trends and projects in policy developing in the OpenStack and OpenDaylight communities. The panel will discuss a number of topics including: What is meant by “policy”? Why is policy important? What are the key use cases? This presentation will take place July 28th 3:50pm – 4:40pm.
  • Executive Keynote: Prodip Sen, HP OpenNFV CTO, will host: “Controllers and Orchestrators - Cacophony or Harmony?” Join Prodip as he discusses why NFV is the business case for SDN, how SDN and NFV relate to each other, and the issues that need to be addressed in the intersection of these areas. He will also touch on the role of open source, as it relates to OPNFV and ODL. The keynote will take place July 29th 10:20am – 10:40am.
  • What is the Intent Anyway: Join Chris Janz, Ciena; and Mahesh Venkat, HP; as they discuss the network intent composition project, the project’s current status, and provide project examples. This session will also allow the audience to pose questions to better understand the project. This presentation will take place July 29th 3:50pm – 4:40pm.
  • Device Identification and Driver Management (DIDM): Join Gunjan Patel, Ciena; and Anandhi Manikantan, HP; as they discuss the problems being solved by DIDM, and the high-level architecture and status of the project. The presentation will address the following: device identification, data models for common features, RPCs for common features, device synchronization, driver registration, and device discovery. This presentation will take place July 29th 4:50pm – 5:40pm.
  • Executive Keynote Panel: Focus & the Big Tent: Models of Collaboration with Prodip Sen. The panel will take place July 28th 10:40am – 11:25am.
  • Testing ODL for Performance, Scalability and Stability with Mark Tassinari from HP. HP and Intel will outline key metrics, methodologies and tools for ODL performance testing as input into nascent ODL efforts such as those by the Integration working group. The presentation will take place July 29th 4:50pm – 5:20pm.
