Is this forum still active (due to sale of TippingPoint to Trend Micro)?

Since TippingPoint was sold from HP to Trend Micro, is this forum still alive for new content?  Seems Trend is hosting their Protect724 community on hpe.com, so it's more confusing.

I would assume this board is dead and you should go Trend Micro's new forum.
