Choose the Backup Efficiency Analysis when you think your environment is basically in good shape, but you just want to have an expert double check that you’re meeting your SLAs, your backup software is up to snuff, and you can rely on the general health and performance of your backup systems. It helps you ensure that you’re meeting data protection and compliance requirements, and it identifies and highlights potential risks and gaps for further review.

2. Backup Impact Analysis. To use a car metaphor again, this is like when you have a check engine light. You know something’s wrong, but you need help to understand the cause.
