Why can't I have more than 4 disks recoreded in the cnx partition?

In my curr4ent configuration I have 3 disks in my rootdg: dsk3,dsk21 and dsk20a(for DRL). When I run clu_bdmgr it shows the 3 disks in the list. When I add 2 more disks into the rootdg only 4 disks are shown in the output of clu_bdmgr even though there are now 5 disks. Why is this? Below is the output demonstrating the problem:

please provide the OS-version. As I remember there are some limits with clu_bdmgr, but without a version it is hard to check ;-)

Are the 2 additional disks you added to the rootdg group part of the cluster_root domain?

If I remember correctly, it only needs information for the cluster_root domain.

If this does not help, please post "volprint -g rootdg -ht"
