tru cluster uninstallation

Hi

I have installed tru cluster ASE on Unix 4.0F. Now I want to uninstall it.how shud i go about
i have removed ase directory in /var/ase still when i try to reinstall it gives message all subsets are alredy installed

plz help

you have to delete those subsets with setld -d

Hi Jessica,

As Michael already said. You must remove with the setld command.

However, you are now in a situation where some unsupported actions will be required.
If you want to reinstall, setld will think that the package is installed because the files TCR*.lk are still in the directory /usr/.smdb.

You can rename the TCR* files and try again.
