An internal error has occurred Apache Tomcat/5.5.20 at ucmdb reports

[ Edited ]

Hi,

I'm getting the above mentioned error while trying to generate any report in uCMDB 7.53.
It is a fresh install of uCMDB and it looks I am able to use any other function except the reports. The database is Oracle 10g and I have installed the latest java version.
You can find a screenshot attached.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks & best regards,
Balazs Helyes

Hi,

Please check UCMDBServer\j2f\log\jboss_tomcat.log for more details about the problem.

Hi,

It seems that problem basically comes from your client configuration.
What I'd suggest to do:
* Check from another machine if you get this kind of error/failure
* If yes: Clear Java Cache & IE Cache (completely) on the client machine, restart browser and re-login
* If no: Right-click the error page you get in application, copy stack-trace and put it here, so we could assist.

Re: An internal error has occurred Apache Tomcat/5.5.20 at ucmdb reports

Hi mates,

Thank you for your help, I was able to generate reports from other machines with IE6 as my uCMDB machine had IE8 installed. I have also tried with IE7 the problem was the same.
So I decided to remove IE8 and now everything seems to be fine.

Thank you again and best regards,
Balazs
