Last used Date under installed Software CIT

Hello Experts,

 

can anyone provide me the solution to discover the Last used date of installed software. In my case this attribute is not getting discovered. attached is the screen snapshot..

Are you using DDMI with a properly connected agent to collect that CI?

Are u use UD agent?

mean while what is UCMDB version and what is your license schema?

I am not using UD Agent.  I am using UCMDB version 10.10 CUP2 .651

UD Content pack 13.03.15

Hey Prasad ,

I believe You need to utilize DDMI capability of uCMDB ,I haven't seen Inventory scanning with Agentless based Discovery from uCMDB

Consultant13 is correct again. Check out this previous conversation from a few years back discussing DDMi and DDMA. Lots of good information on DDMi there.
