Re: MercuryAS service is not starting

Hi,

It seems port 80 is already blocked by some other application on the server. Could you please check if the port 80 is blocked if Yes then release port by stoping that application and disable. Then restart BAC services using disable/enable BAC services or reboot the machine.

Check if there is any error topaz.ejb.log or nanny.all.log.

Re: MercuryAS service is not starting

check for ports (1098, 1099, 8009, 8080) occupied - f.e. omu agent used to occupy ports used by bac

Re: MercuryAS service is not starting

It definitely could be the result of used ports.
Check the nanny logs (log\supervisor), and also jboss_boot.log.
If the last line in jboss_boot.log is "Using RMI server codebase" then port 1098 or 1099 are used by other process.

Try clearing the jboss cache and restart the services.
