RTSM uCMDB Integartion

Hi all,

I'm using uCMDB 9.05 and BSM 9.13.

I have SiS,NNM and OMi connected to the BSM.

I wanted to ask a few questions:

1. Where should I be creating the modeling ? RTSM or uCMDB?

2. Is it possible to sync a perspective based view from uCMDB to RTSM ? (with Pattern Based Views you can export them as xml)

Re: RTSM uCMDB Integartion

You should create your model in RTSM, this is what the best practice.

uCMDB is CMS ( configuration management system ), where all your devices and CIs will be discovered and stored in it.

RTSM, can get those CIs from ucmdb to RTSM and then create model, which can be used it in the BSM dashboard.

And for your second questions:

Yes, you can export your PBW in a package and import it into RTSM.
