UCMDB- Integration

[ Edited ]

Hi,

In process of integrating the ucmdb8.0 with PPM 7.5, when i launch the web service "http://:8080/axis2/services/UcmdbService", in browser it throws the error "Please enable REST support in WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml and
WEB-INF/web.xml".

Based on the observation of this error, modified the parameter "enableRESTInAxis2MainServlet" in axis2.xml file to true.
And after changing this its returning 500 error.

could anyone let me know the solution to overcome this error .

P.S. This thread has been moved from Application Perf Mgmt (BAC / BSM) Support and News Forum to CMS and Discovery Support and News Forum. - Hp forum moderator

Re: UCMDB- Integration

I still get the 500 error after enabling REST support in WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml but our integration is working so apparantly the 500 error is ok.

Re: UCMDB- Integration

Hi,

I tested the services manually using the third part tool its working but through browser its throws 500 error, may be its browser compatibility issue.

Thanks..

Re: UCMDB- Integration

Did you try to open & modify the XMLs on the filesystem of the product & restart the product?
//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
