uCMDB services cannot start

Hi all

I had installed uCMDB v8.02 in Window platform. I try to restart the uCMDB service but fail. It stop to start when finish the 5th services. It is working normally before, any log file I can read? Please help, thanks

There are over hundred of log files, can you explain me more details.

Unfortunately dont have a reference system with me to check. If you have the manuals handy. There should be some info under troubleshooting section about type of log files to look for. I beleive it was page 18 on the REFERENCE guide.

Do a serach on this forum I think there are some threads regarding log files etc...

Logs to look for -

- J2F_all.ejb.log
- jboss_boot.log
- mam_boot.log

What 5th service doesn't come up?

Please check if you can connect to the jmx console using http://localhost:8080/jmx-console.
If if works fine, go to hac-manager and invoke listAllAssignments().

Please check if additional process is using port 8080.
