HP VCX Connect Primary MIM Connectivity Module - JE252A

Dropping both outbound and inbound calls.

 

I am very new to VCX and have started to take calls only in the last few days. I need some pointers / URLS / Weblinks to troubleshoot a problem where the problem symptom is:

 

Dropping calls for both outbound and Inbound call

 

I realize, I have to get a lot more information from the customer regarding the symptom.
