I need to have a phone ring an extension in a call center, and have voicemail notify another person if it isnt answered.
How can this be done?
Can I forward the voicemails to another person?
Can I give them another MWI?
Can I use a hunt group instead, and have this person be notified in any way of the hunt groups voicemail as well as their personal voicemail?
It's running VCX 7.1.13e.
The VCX's ip is a trusted to relay mail to the exchange server on the lan. The strange thing is, the vcx appears to be doing a dns lookup for the mx record, and delivering email to that public ip rather than sending it to the exchange server lan ip address.
