Upgrade VCX 8.0e to 9.0

Hello,

 

We have try to upgrade the vcx from 8.04e to 9.0.

We have a problem, because when we try to upgrade the procedure stop in the schema of database, and the primary stop the procedure and the secondary maintain waiting for the primary.

Every time we try to upgrade, the primary stop the upgrade in the same step.

How can we proceed the upgrade?

Hi,

 

What I would suggest is to open a case with Technical Support. They can collect logs from the system to determine why the database cannot be upgraded.
