Uprading VCX on MSR - where to FTP

Hello,

 

I have the logins to download upgrades for VCX on x-series, i-series, and connect.  Is there a separate login for VCX on MSR, or can I use the files for the x-series?

Hi Shane,

 

There is no separate login for the MSR VCX MIM software.

 

Use the Connect login if the MSR VCX MIM runs VCX Connect. Use the xSeries login if the MSR VCX MIM runs as a VCX branch.
