VCX - Outbound Faxes , no longer going thru ?

hey folks, well i did take the advice and was able to start to use the Fax-via-Email client method pretty routinely.

i have run into an issue where , the past 2 days, the Outgoing Fax (via IPMessaging) are NOT going thru and not 'return receipts' are coming back either.

seems like the process or jobs are 'hung up'....but i don't know where to check for 'outgoing faxes' status (to confirm some quanity of  X # of pending outgoing faxes) ....and i don't want to restart ALL of IPMessaging just to confirm (but maybe i'll have to).

sometimes when i do restart IPM we get occassions of MWI start turning ON when no real messages waiting.

any thoughs on how to clear up this Outgoing Fax not working, via IPMSG ?
