"Error: client not started" and Service connection error: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception

We have installed on Windows Server 2012 r2 the new version of hpe vm explorer for tried the complete version. We have a license trial (time of 9 day) but don't load backup vmware correctly because appear the error that attach here.

The error is "Error: client not started" and if we watch the log find this error:

Does anyone have any information? Can you help me??? we must buy the software but if not load it is terrible!

Try running HPE VM Explorer Service with a different user with administrator privileges.
