How to add a new LUN to a HPVM Guest?

Isn't that enough?  I need a procedure for a 11.23 HPVM Guest that's run out of file system and disk space. 

Question :  Add lun to HPVM HOST first?  (* y/n ? *)

Question:  Add lun to HPVM Guest?  (* y/n? *)

A doc on the subject would be nice.  Beginning with I suppose "...insf -e ...", etc.

I'm not sure which verison of HPVM you're using but the Admin guides for each version are there.  There's a storage chapter in each of them.
