Re: hp Integrity Virtual Server Manager is not working.

Can you confirm which version of VMMGR you have installed?  If you're not running the latest version I'd suggest downloading it from here and try again:

http://software.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=VMMGR

Also, to be clear, you're running SMH and that starts fine, and then from the Tools page you select "Integrity Virtual Server Manager" and that's when you get the error?

Regards,

Dave

Re: hp Integrity Virtual Server Manager is not working.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for reply.

Below is the vmmgr version installed in my server.

# swlist |grep -i vmmgr
VMMGR                 A.6.1.0.90169  HP-UX Integrity Virtual Server Manager
#

Yeah, you are right. I am able to start and run properly. And when I go to Tools > Integrity Virtual Server Management > Integrity Virtual Server Manager

then I am getting below error.

HTTP Status 404 -

type Status report

message

description The requested resource () is not available.

I have started the apache and tomcat properly.

Please see the below findings.

Re: hp Integrity Virtual Server Manager is not working.

What kinds of messages are you seeing in the /opt/hpsmh/logs files?  There are several logfiles in this directory that might contain helpful hints including: smh.log, error_log and access_log.  I'd suggest reproducing the problem again while monitoring these logfiles and see if any messages are appended that might help explain the problem.
