hpux 11.31 with onlineJFS SAM error increasing LV > 2tb

All our systems are 11.11 so I am in a new world with 11.31 AND with online JFS.

I got an error using the new web SAM to increase an existing FS/LV past 2 TB.
I got a screen print but not text to add here.
What I see under the error is that on the fsadm command the value for the -b parameter is negative. Like a byte overflow in the program.
Example:
fsadm -F vxfs -b -2092957696 /newVG

Does anyone know if there is a bug in the web-sam tool and if there is a fix (besides using command line)?
Also does anyone know how to stop web-sam from timing out?

Don't blame SAM - it's not there ;-)

This nice new tool is called system managemnt homepage (SMH), but if you don't tell what version you have nobody can tell if you are using the current version.
