HP MSR 1003-8 setup

Hello,

HP MSR of 1003-8 Router. just priobretenyu, the IP address is not registered, for this reason I cannot enter the menu through a web the browser. According to the instruction about the help of hyperterminal, it is impossible to register the IP address, prompt what to make?

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
