Trap for Line Loop

We have about 100 WAN connected locations.  these are using T1 connected to MPLS.  Occassionally the NIU will be left in Koop mode by the Telco.  We can see this message when Show Controller T1 is executed, "(Line Looped (inband CSU code)) (Line Loop by Remote)  I have been asked to alert when this condition exists.  I am looking for a trap for this and have been unable to to locate a trap.  Any ideas on how I might accomplish this?
