1810G Power on issue
I have an 1810G - 24 that most of the time wont reboot on power up properly, just sits there with Power and Fault Light on making a slight buzzing sound.
If I power cycle 7 or 8 times it will come good and then go through normal POST and seem to run fine (until the next power flick)
I have tried to reload factory default settings to no avail
Any ideas what I could try to resolve this?

Re: 1810G Power on issue
Hello,
Have you tried factory reset?
This device is running on quite old software, can you try to upgrade it?
If issue remains then I will advise you to replace the hardware.
Thanks!

Re: 1810G Power on issue
Thanks - I did the factory reset and also updated the software to latest version (P2.24)
It has problems rebooting automatically - but it is better than it was
Is there a waranty I can use to get the hardware replaced?
