1820 Setup issue

I have purchased two HP 1820G switches  and wants to do simple LAN  between two areas.  networking is not establishing while connecting between switches. can any one suggest to resolve this issue, since I am new to configuration

Hi,

Can you share the configuration of both switches, and how they are connected.

Is the uplink port UP?

Please refer the Configuration Guide and reconfigure if required.
