1910-8G Routing Help

Hoping this is the correct forum.  sysadmin here trying to do the work of a departed network admin.

 

ISP brought a fiber connection into a new building.  Their equipment terminates in an ethernet jack that is part of a X.X.10.144/30 network.  They have a X.X.52.184/29 trunked through that /30.  I need to figure out how to divy up this /29 for use by two seperate companies to use as internet access with seperate external IP addresses (for remote access, email, etc)  Any help would be appreciated.  We have a 1910-8G onsite to accomplish this, i'm guessing the thought was either VLANS and/or static routes, but I'm not entirely sure how to set this up.
