24G 2SFP PoE+ 370W Switch (JL385A) after ac lost no POE Devices

Hi everoney,

after an ac lost my HP 1920s lost the connection to 5 POE Devices ( Alcatel 8028s Phones)

At the Web Managament POE Config say no POE sumit. Any an idea where i can find the Error.

The Function befor ac lost was okay. I try to update to the last firmware no improvement.

Hi,

Please share the screenshot of the error which you're getting on web GUI. There is a possibility of hardware issue due to which PoE function is not working. Just to confirm the issue is with PoE but if you plug in laptop the ports work right?
