HP 1810G-8 Issues

Hi,

 

We have a 1810G-8 switch that is experiencing connection issues on the network.  Until recently this has been working fine, only now we are unable to ping or see it connected on the network at all.

 

The switch itself doesnt display the power light or any activity on the front, merely the location LED is solid blue.  Is anyone able to identify what the solid blue light indicates? The manual for this switch only describes the location LED as flashing or off, not as a solid light.
