HP 1820-24G Switch J9980A - Cant Login

Hi all,

we cannot login to multiple HP 1820-24G Switch J9980A.  On the Webinterface there is an error in the console:

VM35:3 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <
at HTMLDocument.loginFailed (login.lsp:159)
at HTMLDocument.dispatch (jquery-1.7.1.min.js:3)
at HTMLDocument.i (jquery-1.7.1.min.js:3)
at Object.trigger (jquery-1.7.1.min.js:3)
at Object.trigger (jquery-1.7.1.min.js:3)
at w (jquery-1.7.1.min.js:4)
at XMLHttpRequest.d (jquery-1.7.1.min.js:4)

Tested with Chrome, Firefox, IE, IE compatibility mode. What can we do?

Hi,

Make sure login details are correct and also reset all browser setting, clear cookies and try. 

If still issue remains then please reset the switch to factory reset then check.
