HP 1820-48G Switch Fault/Locator

Hello,

I have a problem with the switch HP 1820-48g. Everything works but the Fault/Locator is blinking orange 1sec . I`am search in the fault rapport but there are no errors found. What can it be? 

I have this problem now for a long time but i can`t find a solution for this. Can someone help me please?

Are any of the switchport LEDs blinking in time with the fault LED?

There are no blinking Leds on the switchports in the time with the fault Led. The problem starts from the begining with no kabels in the ports.
